What if the most powerful healing tool you have has been with you your whole life?
Breathwork is one of the oldest, most direct pathways back to yourself — to your body, your emotions, and the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.
At Breathscapes, I guide people through conscious connected breathwork journeys that create space for real, lasting transformation.
Based in the Hudson Valley and serving the Kingston, Woodstock, Rhinebeck, and Catskills communities — and virtually, for wherever you are in the world.
A breathwork journey uses a technique called conscious connected breathing — a three-part circular breath that moves from the belly, into the chest, and releases in one continuous rhythm, without pause. Sustained for about 45 minutes with live guidance, this active breath does something remarkable: it quiets the thinking mind and opens the body, heart, and spirit to whatever needs to move through.
People often arrive scattered, heavy, or simply far from themselves. They leave feeling clear, spacious, and more at home in their own skin. Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes laughter. Sometimes a deep, still peace. Often all three.
This isn’t a breathing exercise. It’s a journey.
People come to Breathscapes for many reasons. Some are navigating grief, stress, or emotional heaviness they can’t seem to shake. Others are drawn by curiosity, or a sense that there’s more available to them than they’ve been able to access. What breathwork tends to touch — all in one session — is the full spectrum of your being:
Your mental chatter begins to quiet, and decisions become clearer and more grounded. Emotions and stories that have been on a loop seem to dissipate and start to integrate.
Tension held for years begins to release. Your nervous system recalibrates. You feel a deeper connection to sensations and feelings, perhaps seeing how your body holds so much truth and wisdom — that gut instinct and intuitiveness.
Many people describe a felt sense of expansion, of connection — to something larger than themselves, to loved ones, to a knowing that lives deeper than thought. This is the part of breathwork that’s hardest to explain and most unforgettable.
Monthly in-person group breathwork journeys held at The Bridge, 93 Broadway, Kingston, NY. A warm, welcoming community that returns again and again because something about this work keeps calling them back. Open to all levels.

My first breathwork journey was in the fall of 2020, in the middle of Covid lockdown. I was alone in my Brooklyn apartment, joining a virtual session after leaving a 15-year career in retail and stepping, tentatively, onto a path of spiritual healing. I was carrying a lot — grief, loneliness, a life in transition. I was in therapy with an extraordinary therapist and doing the work. But some things felt like they were circling.
That first journey changed everything. In a single session, I connected with my deceased mother in a way I hadn’t been able to access in months of talk therapy. Things I had been turning over and over suddenly integrated. I felt parts of myself come free.
I was hooked — and bewildered. How was I just learning about the power of breath at 44?
Since 2020, I’ve guided hundreds of people through breathwork journeys — first-timers, seasoned practitioners, people in grief, people in joy, people simply searching for something they couldn’t name. I hold every session with deep care and the knowledge that what happens in this space matters.
Breathwork, and its ability to help us become more connected to our body, sets the foundation for all of the work I do when it comes to creating a secure connection to ourselves, others, and the divine.
No, friend. No prior experience is required. Come as you are and I’ll teach you all that you need to know.
Create a quiet, private, comfortable spot for the session. For the 30 min session you will be sitting upright and for the 90 min session you will be laying down. Have water, a journal, and a blanket nearby. There are further instructions when you book.
For the 90 min session there are contraindications. There is a full list of the contraindications when you go to book so you can review prior to booking.
If you find that you have a contraindication listed, please reach out to me via email or DM through Instagram. We can alter the experience so you can still enjoy the benefits of breathwork.
I’ve been breathing and facilitating breathwork for 3 years and every breathwork experience is slightly different.
Sometimes it’s highly physical which means I feel tingling in my body and tension release.
Other times it’s emotional and there’s a lot of release through tears.
And sometimes it’s a highly spiritual experience due to that shift in states of consciousness.
And, every time, you will leave the session feeling lighter and more relaxed. That’s a constant. 😍
Breath knows what you need in that moment, and your mind and body won’t bring anything forward that you aren’t ready to heal.
