In midlife, you are at the peak of responsibility and relationships. As a highly sensitive person who has experienced years of feeling into others’ emotions (and possibly people-pleasing), you are now in a  place of feeling burnt out and overwhelmed.

I get it. I’ve been there and have helped dozens of highly sensitive women navigate through what I call a midlife awakening.

How to Heal Your Burnout and Live Your Life in Soul Alignment

This 3 month or 6 month 1:1 program is designed to specifically support my fellow sensitive friends out there who are overwhelmed and full of stress.

Each session includes a breathwork or mindfulness experience, teaching, and work on the outlined subject. 

With relationships being at the core of life, there is always inherently relationship work with what I do. There are two paths we can take with this program.

One option focuses on creating soulful romantic partnerships. The second path is on soulful leadership.

Get clear on the specific stressors in your life and learn tools to help you build a greater capacity for stress.

  • Have a deeper understanding of your stress and how to build resilience
  • Release old stress and stagnant energy from the body through somatic stress release practices and breathwork
  • Establish a toolkit to support your mind, body, and soul.

Overcome Overwhelm

Overwhelm is very common for those of us who are sensitive. This is your opportunity to learn specific techniques to help you come out of this common state of too much, too fast. 

  • Identify your types of overwhelm
  • Learn practices to move you out of the state of overwhelm so you can experience clarity and feel calm
  • Address behaviors that are linked to overwhelm (overthinking and people-pleasing)
  • Introduction to somatic and emotional parts

Step 4

Emotional Regulation

See how your life experiences have created patterns. These patterns ask for emotional awareness so they can find resolution. You’ll walk away feeling lighter and seen. (Two sessions are devoted to emotional release and awareness.)

New Habits, Old Habits

Learn the simple and effective ways of creating habits that support your updated identity, behaviors, and ongoing regulation. 

  • We will pull from the techniques outlined in the book, Atomic Habits – foregoing bible on creating and shifting habits.
  • Building simplicity into change 
  • Create a habit and ritual map

Resourceful Sensitivity

Healthy and balanced relationships are a crucial element of happiness in midlife. Now that you have a greater understanding of who you are, it’s time to work on how you honor yourself in all of your relationships.

  • Build sovereignty and emotional intimacy within your relationships through your improved self-awareness 
  • Welcome the feeling of receiving and vulnerability in your relationships
  • Learn to express yourself compassionately and clearly in times of conflict

STEP 7

Conscious Relationships and Leadership

Healthy and balanced relationships at work and in the home are a crucial element of happiness in midlife. Now that you have a greater understanding of who you are, it’s time to work on how you honor yourself and and your sensitivity from leadership to love.  (2 Sessions)

  • Feel confident in balancing the masculine and feminine parts of your nature. 
  • Welcome the feeling of receiving and showing up vulnerably with your co-workers and partner
  • Learn to express yourself compassionately and clearly in times of conflict

STEP 8

Move from Passenger to Driver

We’ve now moved through our stressors, our emotional responses, and have learned to cultivate our sensitivity into a superpower. Now it’s time to learn the tactical side of creating more balance in life. (2 Sessions)

  • Gain more time in your week by shifting from managing your time to managing your focus
  • Feel at ease with entering into a flow state to amplify your productivity

Hello, I'm Amy.

I help women transitioning into midlife who are ready to embrace their inner power to emotionally and spiritually recharge themselves so they can have wholehearted relationships, ongoing wellness, fulfilling careers, and a connection to deeper meaning in their lives.

I'm a recovering people-pleaser, a highly sensitive person, and a healer. Just a few years ago, I had no idea how to set boundaries for myself and was so burnt out that I became physically ill. I was a jackpot of unexpressed feelings and would cry at the drop of a hat. I had no idea about what I valued and struggled to feel a sense of belonging.

Everything I teach, I've experienced and I have navigated my way through the support of internal and outside guidance.

My gift is seeing you on a soul-level and holding space for those who struggle to receive. I see you and know you because in many ways we are the same.

I think the biggest milestone for me was coming up with my own “lightbulb” moment. where I was able to hear the limiting belief, I was able to recognize it in my body, I was able to identify it and then let it go.
